Conditions
The rates are intended per person per day with a standard occupancy depending on the selected room. The rates are intended per apartment per day with a standard occupancy depending on the selected apartment.
Extra charges:
- For Suite Room with occupancy of 2 persons: 20.00 Euro extra charge per day per person.
- For additional beds there is an additional cost per day according to the requested period.
- The garage has a cost of 8,00 Euros
final cleaning, weekly laundry service, water and electricity consumation, private car park, skiroom.
The booking is binding after having paid the deposit requested and received our written confirmation directly online (click here) or by bank transfer.

Cancellation policy:
(Consumer Code, Part III, title III, par. I 206/2005)
Unforeseen circumstances may always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties.
The right of withdrawal is not provided by the Consumer Code.
Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:
- In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain the paid deposit.
- For cancellations up to 70 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be charged; however, the deposit will be retained if the room cannot be rebooked. If the cancelled room is rebooked, the deposit will be credited toward a future stay.
- For cancellations up to 65 days before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 60% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date, 80% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- From 14 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- In the event of a no-show for the reserved room for the agreed period without cancellation, as well as in the case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed total amount will be charged.
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 1.00 p.m. on the arrival day until 9.00 a.m. on the departure day.
For the payment we accept:
cash or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard). We ask you kindly, to pay the bill by Thursday.
Pets:
Small pets are allowed on request, for an extra charge of 14 € per day for the cleaning.
Trip cancellation insurance:
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
